For those who don't know, my name is Avery Phoenix Price. I am a second-year film student at Humber college's Film and Television program. On the side, I work freelance as a photographer and camera assistant for film and tv. My passion for the industry started when I was nine while making stop-motion films. I've been interested in the subject since then.
A little bit about my career:
I've been working in the film and television industry for 5 years as a production assistant, art dept, and Camera Assistant. After realizing my passion for film, I realized how difficult it can be to practice my skills to implement them within my work. To accomplish this, I bought a Sigma 24mm F1.4 Art Series lens and practiced photography. I will further get into further detail in the near future. The film is an amazing art and I plan to craft a style that is both unique and powerful. This blog will document my experiences and experiments that I have with lighting and camera equipment.
